Delight in the sweet, fruity goodness of this Strawberry Glazed Cake. 1 box white cake mix, 3 tablespoons flour, 1- 3 oz packages of strawberry gelatin
Add oil. Beat in eggs. Add water and strawberries. Mix well.
1 cup salad oil, 4 eggs, 1./2 cup cold water, 1 - 15 oz Frozen Strawberries
Bake in one greased 9x9-inch pan or parchment-lined pan for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs. The cake is ready. If the toothpick comes out with batter on it, continue baking for a few more minutes and check again.
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Glaze:
Melt butter, add strawberry liquid. Mix in powdered sugar until it reaches a spreading consistency. Pour over cake.
