Easy DIY Foaming Hand Soap

Rating: 5 out of 5.

If this is your first time trying your hand at making your own products, this DIY foaming Hand Soap is a great place to start. Whatever the reasons. I wish I had done this when my daughter was a baby, but I didn’t know about making products. Until my own hands started reacting to hand soap or dish soap. Blisters would form on my hands, and they would become sore and red.

Now, I either make my own or buy from all-natural sources.

Homemade Foaming Hand Soap You’ll Feel Good About

Our bodies naturally rely on healthy gut bacteria to function properly. Fermented foods, such as sourdough bread, kimchi, kombucha, and yogurts, help nourish beneficial bacteria and maintain digestive balance. However, exposure to toxins and chemicals can disrupt the balance, leading to inflammation and a range of health concerns over time. **raising my hands—that’s me!**

These days, I like knowing what’s in the things I use every day—especially when it comes to what’s going on our hands. Living on a small farm, we are always washing our hands, that’s why I started making my hand soap. It’s quick and easy to put together and smells wonderful with the essential oil blends. It doesn’t leave my hands with blisters or dry skin, unlike some store-bought versions.

Why Make your Own

Making foaming hand soap at home is not only a smart way to stretch your dollar, but it also gives you control over what goes on your skin. You can choose the scents you love, skip the harsh ones you don’t, and reuse your dispenser to help reduce plastic waste. It’s a simple switch that makes a big difference over time.

What You Will Need:

Why Make It Yourself?

There’s something satisfying about taking a few simple ingredients and turning them into something useful. With this soap, I’m able to:

  • Skip the harsh stuff – No questionable ingredients or overpowering perfumes. Use essential oils if you scents.
  • Add a personal touch – I switch up the scent with essential oils depending on the season or mood.
